Situated directly on the Lipno Dam beach, Molo Lipno is the most prestigious project built at Lipno. It is a design project by leading architects, offering not only first-class architecture but also a beautiful courtyard with a relaxing lake. Within the entire Molo Lipno project, this is one of the most exclusive apartments.
From the modern 2+kk with a giant terrace right on the beach, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the lake surface. On the large terrace, you have access to your private garden, a relaxation area with sun loungers, and a shower or a designer fireplace. Here, you can undisturbedly observe sunsets. The bedroom is designed for up to 4 people while maintaining a designer environment. In the living room, there is an extra bed with a full mattress.

Molo Lipno Apartment's Story
The apartment itself was artistically completed by Míra Hejda in collaboration with architect Lukáš Janout. The interior character is defined by poplar wood, which highlights the puristic layout of the apartment while remaining highly functional. An interesting aspect is that during the interior transformation project, two completely identical apartments were created side by side. By unlocking the shared terrace doors, they can easily be connected for a joint vacation, such as for two families. Both units, however, maintain absolute privacy in their individual spaces.

A fully equipped kitchen with premium ASKO appliances, a TESLA Smart home controlled smart home, and ambient LED interior lighting are just a fraction of the most modern elements we have equipped the apartment with for your maximum comfort. Italian coffee from Hausbrandt, WiFi, and parking in the covered garage right next to the entrance are free throughout your stay. Your healthy sleep is ensured by top-notch Italian Magniflex mattresses. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, a TV in the living room, a bidet shower, and a separate dressing room. On the terrace, you'll find a designer outdoor fireplace. Bikes and skis can be stored in a private cellar right by the door. The laundry is only a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

You might recognize the apartment from the popular seven-part series "Stavba není sen," which describes the entire story of furnishing apartments at Lipno, including the manual processing of individual elements. It also provides tips on interesting places in the vicinity that you can use for your excursions.
Location
Whether you crave tranquility amidst beautiful nature or are enthusiasts of an active vacation, Lipno has something for everyone. With ski slopes, a bike park, a bobsleigh track, and a cable car center, you certainly won't be bored. If you are a parent, your kids will be thrilled with the Forest Kingdom playground. The nationwide unique Tree Top Walk probably needs no introduction. You'll also find paddleboard, bike, boat, pedal boat, and scooter rentals. In any weather, you can relax in the aquapark with a view of Lake Lipno.
The Molo Lipno restaurant, situated directly above the Lipno surface, stands out with its standard of service and top-notch gastronomy. Under the leadership of head pastry chef Michal Mandys, the "Povidloň" pastry shop prepares desserts that you would more likely find in the streets of the largest European metropolises than in a small village by the lake. For South Bohemian cuisine in a modern way, you can visit the "Stodola" restaurant, located right in the middle of Lipno. We highly recommend taking a boat or ferry trip with your car. Just 10 minutes from the apartment is the picturesque South Bohemian town of Frymburk, through which the popular Lake Trail for cyclists and inline skaters leads. You can also head to Český Krumlov for charming rooftops of burgher houses and a unique atmosphere.

Dream Apartments have emerged from my visions and dreams of unique living for absolute relaxation in the mountains. These are places I visited as a child and later returned to as an adult. At the same time, the story of these apartments brought life back to years-decaying buildings. I designed the interior in harmony with the location, but it always involves handcrafted wood from old trees, complemented by modern elements of architecture and design. You can see this in the series "Stavba není sen" on TV Bydlení, which meticulously mapped the journey of each apartment.
